Cancellation and Refund

If you cancel your reservation 31 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund all payments made to date, less 5% of payments made to date for the processing fee.

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, there is no refund.

Payment Options for your Reservation

You can check availability, rates and make your Online Reservation by selecting the Reservations Page and click to open the link.  Full payment by Master or Visa credit card is required.  Complete the information and submit.  We will email your confirmation, reservation number and our information sheet.  If you encounter a problem, or the Online Reservations shows no availability, please click the link provided to complete the Inquiry Form.

Reservations made directly will be provided with two payment options if made more than 40 days prior to arrival date.  Reservations made 40 days or less prior to arrival date will have one payment option.  Reservations can be made directly by emailing nautibeach@nautibeach.com
