Nautibeach History
Condominio Playa Norte, better known as Nautibeach Condos was built in the late 1980s as a private beach club and vacation retreat by Cancun business owners for their families and friends.
Today the condos are owned by people from many countries. Each condo has been decorated by the individual owners. Decor ranges from colorful Caribbean, to Asian, to Mexican classic. All patios face Playa Norte and have views of the ocean, pool and palapa or the beautifully landscaped garden.
The owners have established and run their own rental pool. They take an active role and interest in the management and operations.
The beautiful location of Nautibeach Condos is one that you will never forget.
