Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel your reservation 31 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund all payments made to date, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, there is no refund.
Deposit and Payment
A reservation is made by our Reservations
Manager upon receipt of your payment in U.S. currency. There are two payment options:

A 50 % deposit can be made by personal check or money order. The balance can be paid by personal check or money order if received 31 days before arrival or balance can be paid upon arrival in U.S. cash or travelers checks only.
Inform the reservationist that you prefer to pay by this
method and a temporary hold on a condo will be placed
pending receipt of your payment.

Full payment can be paid by Visa or Master Credit Card. Only one credit card can be used per reservation.
To check availability, please complete the Online Inquiry Form.
We will send you availability, rate and deposit information via
e-mail. To proceed with your reservation, provide your credit
card information for full payment or inform the
reservationionist that a deposit by check will be made.
When payment is received, we will secure your reservation and email your
confirmation, reservation number and information sheet to you.
You can also make your own
Online Reservation.
Complete the Form including Visa or Master Credit Card
information. Full payment
is necessary. When we
receive your approved credit card transaction, we will secure
your reservation and email your confirmation, reservation number
and information sheet to you.
If Online Reservations show no availability, please complete the Online Inquiry Form.
